The Game

Solis is an exciting cooperative platformer and puzzle-solving game designed for two players. The story follows Nina and Ram, along with their inseparable companion Dilúvio, on a journey full of challenges and discoveries. After a major climatic event strikes the island, Ram's battery is damaged by water, leaving him incapacitated. Now, the friends must join forces to find a spare part and face puzzles and obstacles that test their skills and bonds of friendship. Characters

Nina

Nina is a 16-year-old girl who inherited her father’s farm, where she grew up alongside her best friend R.A.M.. Smart and inventive, she spends her days tending to the farm and her nights in the workshop, designing mechanisms to make life easier. After losing her arm in a childhood accident, Nina built her own mechanical replacement, which inspired her to create specialized versions: a hook arm, a hammer arm, a drill arm, and more. Resourceful and determined, she turns every challenge into a new invention.

R.A.M.

The Robotic Agricultural Multitool 4.0 Turbo by Buffless Corp., or simply R.A.M., is a farming robot designed to assist with daily agricultural tasks. Purchased by Nina’s father shortly after her birth, he has been her inseparable companion ever since. With a sturdy and practical design, R.A.M. comes equipped with multiple tools that make him both versatile and efficient, while also being highly autonomous and able to connect with other equipment. His loyal and friendly personality makes him not just a valuable helper, but also a cherished friend to Nina.

Diluvio

Dilúvio is a small frog discovered by R.A.M. during the heavy rain that flooded the farm. Swept away by the current, he was rescued just in time by the robot. Brought to the workshop, Nina cared for him, and together she and R.A.M. named him Dilúvio, as a tribute to the storm that led him to their lives. Afraid the frog might be carried away again, R.A.M. now keeps him safe inside a backpack crafted by Nina — making him a loyal companion on every adventure.

The World

The island of Tortuga is a place where lush nature and technology coexist in harmony. In the past, intensive resource extraction and uncontrolled urban expansion caused the central city to slowly sink, making the air heavy and life challenging for its inhabitants. Today, people have learned from history and built new coastal cities, developing a solarpunk society powered by renewable energy sources such as geothermal, solar, and wind power, alongside sustainable practices that respect the local ecosystem. Within this setting, Nina and her robot R.A.M. live on the Solis farm, inherited from Nina’s father, where they tend animals, grow crops, and invent devices that make daily life easier. Their peaceful routine is accompanied by natural challenges and small mysteries that the island holds, turning each day into an opportunity for discovery and learning. Heavy rains, rivers, and streams shape the landscape, while remnants of old technologies and ancient secrets appear in unexpected places. On Tortuga, exploring, creating, and understanding the balance between technology and nature are essential to thrive.
